Anxiety can’t stop me

This week I want to talk about anxiety with having bipolar and PTSD.

I have this deck of quotes and the one that fell out as I was taking them out of the little sleeve there was this quote that fell out:
” Some room in your heart for the unimaginable.” By Mary Oliver.

I’ve been in a block with my art for a few days. One because lack inspiration for drawing. Also because I’ve been so busy with life being a mom and having lots of appointments for my pregnancy. Chasing a 5-year-old while pregnant is not fun but it’s my reality and I love it.

Morning I’m sitting at my computer drinking a cup of coffee and about to read my devotional. I have been on the fence with sharing my religion in my business. But after having a conversation with the Lord I have decided that it’s time to stop and not to be afraid and to share. I am aware I may lose some followers but that’s okay because I am being authentically me. My mission has always been with my blog and my art career to share what I’m passionate about. So expect to see more drawings such as this digital drawing I did the other day.

I wanted to share some prompts I’m going to create from scratch for ways to combat your anxiety. Also how to recognize what’s triggering your anxiety. I think we’ll do six prompts. Three ways to help your anxiety and three ways that you can recognize triggers for your anxiety.

What is causing my anxiety prompts:
1.) Do a brain dump. Get a piece of paper and a pen or your journal if you journal and let it all flow on the paper.

2.) After you’ve done the brain dump try to organize your anxiety thoughts.

3.) Now that you’ve done one and two write a list of activities or things you can do to remove this anxiety.

Noticing your triggers and what triggers you:

This one is more of an open-ended prompt.

Write a list of six things that you felt before you realized you were going to have anxiety about the situation.

(It’s entirely okay if you can’t come up with six however at least get down more than three.)

I hope this helps somebody conquer their anxiety today or whenever you read this post. If you enjoyed this type of post leave me a comment below and don’t forget to subscribe to my email list so you’ll be the first to know when the blogs go out.
