This week I wanna create a list as a reference for myself for journal prompts.

- What thoughts are shrilling around in your mind? Are they healthy or unhealthy?
- What is something that brought you joy or made you smile today?
- What are 1-2 things you accomplished today big or small?
- What’s a big event your looking forward to tomorrow or this week?
- Write 3 to 5 things your grateful for today?
- Write six positive affirmations to encourage your to keep on moving forward.
Let’s talk about the benefits of journaling:
Journaling is therapeutic activity.
You can lay out your thoughts and originate them.
Ex: You can prioritize your to do list from a brain dump.
Lastly, Journaling is a way to improve your mental health and organize your thoughts.
